Dog Nips
- 1 ¾ cups chedder cheese (grated and at room temperature)
- 1 stick or ½ cup margarine
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
Cream cheese with margarine and flour. Make 2 logs, about 2" in diameter. Chill
in refrigerator about 1/2 hour . Cut in 1/4 slices and place on a greased baking
sheet. bake at 375 degrees for about 15 mintues or untill slighty brown and
firm.
Careful, they burn easy.
